A local telecoms company is looking for a friendly, customer-focused individual to join the Retail team as a Retail Sales Consultant. They will assist customers with the company’s products, ensuring they receive clear, honest advice and leave with a service that suits their needs.
In this role, the successful candidate will deliver great service face-to-face, over the phone, and via email, while working towards personal and team sales targets. They will also help resolve queries promptly and ensure all services are set up correctly.
We’re looking for someone with sales experience, a passion for technology, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate should be reliable, presentable, and enjoy working in a team environment. Some evening and weekend work will be required during peak periods.
