Retail Sales Consultant

A local firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey is looking for a Retail Sales Advisor to provide professional sales and support services to customers. This role is ideal for someone passionate about customer service, sales, and technology, with a drive to deliver an outstanding customer experience.

In this role, the successful candidate will engage with customers in-store, ensuring they receive clear, honest, and helpful advice. They will assist customers in choosing the right products and services, ensuring they leave with a fully working solution or a clear understanding of their service activation. Additionally, will provide ongoing support through face-to-face interactions, email, and telephone, aiming to resolve queries efficiently.

We are looking for a customer-focused individual with previous sales experience, strong communication skills, and a keen interest in technology. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customer queries, able to work both independently and as part of a team, and committed to delivering a high standard of service. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, an understanding of modern retail technology, and an interest in mobile technology are highly desirable.
