We have a fantastic opportunity for a Reservations Specialist to join a Worldwide Travel business organisation.
Working within a World Class Call Centre environment, the reservations Sales Agent is responsible for sales, effectively handling travel bookings & enquiries over the phone, whilst maintaining a superior standard of customer service in order to achieve the company’s sales & service targets.
Book & package of product range including, flights, accommodation & transfers. Working in a team environment, the role is focused on service excellence & being the expert on the product range which will enable us to be a World Class Centre.
