We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Reservations Specialist to join a well-established leisure sector Firm in St Peter Port.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by handling phone enquiries and processing bookings in an efficient and timely manner. The candidate will also be expected to have expert knowledge of the company’s offerings to sell and promote products to potential customers. In addition to this, will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and ensuring that all bookings are processed correctly.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a team player with a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction. They should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with customers. To be considered for this role, candidates should have previous experience in a similar role within the leisure sector. They should be able to work well under pressure and have excellent organisational skills.
