We are looking for an Regulatory Reporting Administrator to join a leading local firm. This role will involve a variety of administrative tasks essential for the smooth operation of the team.

Key responsibilities include managing schedules, organising documentation, assisting with the preparation of regulatory filings, and maintaining records related to entity registrations and corporate statutory updates. The successful candidate will also support the coordination of team meetings and assist in liaising with tax authorities and company registries.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or support role, preferably within a regulatory or financial services environment. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office are crucial for this position. A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are also important.
