We are seeking a Regulatory Reporting Associate to provide support to the client servicing and reporting teams for an esteemed Financial services client.
Key responsibilities include handling entity registrations, regulatory filings, and statutory updates across multiple jurisdictions. The successful candidate will also coordinate corporate requirements such as incorporations, migrations, and annual filings. Additionally, they will support monitoring annual reporting processes, conduct legal research, assist with system updates, and contribute to process improvements.
The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in US FATCA/CRS or regulatory compliance, preferably within the banking or fiduciary industry. A STEP qualification is an advantage. Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and internal IT systems. A proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused approach is key to success in this role.
