Our Candidate is seeking a Regulatory Counsel to join their fintech team in St Peter Port, Guernsey. The Successful Candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance in a dynamic environment, offering expert guidance on marketing matters and tax issues across various jurisdictions. They will also draft policy documents, assist with licensing procedures, and keep leadership informed of legislative changes affecting business activities. Key skills required include investment services acumen, fintech regulation knowledge, effective communication abilities, strategic mindset, analytical prowess, attention to detail, and task management.
