Job Description

This is a great opportunity for 2 x Receptionists to join a leading international Law Firm.


Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification:

  • Dealing with incoming calls in a timely and Greeting clients/visitors in a timely and courteous manner;
  • Opening incoming post and logging hand deliveries;
  • Couriers – completing online forms and organising collection;
  • Booking meeting rooms;
  • Ensuring Reception area and meeting rooms are tidy, papers/magazines are in date and meeting rooms have water/glasses;
  • Dealing with outgoing post, including registered and recorded delivers and ensuring there are enough stamps;
  • Preparing and ordering refreshments for meetings (tea, coffee, water);
  • Providing back up to secretaries and Business Development & Marketing team
  • Such other duties as may arise from time to time.
