We have a highly Established Client who is in need of a Receptionist on a Contract basis, who can multitask, provide great customer service, and keep the office running smoothly. The Successful Candidate will be the first person visitors and clients see, so a warm welcome is a must. They’ll also handle phone calls and emails, manage security protocols, and provide administrative support. Role Responsibilities will include; coordinate meetings, maintain common areas, and report any hazards. The ideal Candidate should be a proactive problem solver with great organizational skills. Competence with standard office software is a must.
