We’re currently working with a leading professional services firm looking to recruit a reliable and proactive Office Assistant / Receptionist to join their team in Jersey.

This is a front-of-house and facilities support role, ideal for someone with a friendly manner, strong attention to detail, and a hands-on attitude. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, support general office services, and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

Your responsibilities will include reception cover, handling incoming and outgoing post and couriers, booking meeting rooms, ordering office supplies and catering, and managing filing and document scanning. You’ll also assist with a range of administrative tasks across different teams, with full training provided where needed.

The ideal candidate will be organised, professional, and approachable – someone who enjoys being part of a busy, collaborative workplace.
