An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Receptionist to join a reputable financial services company located in St. Peter Port, Guernsey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating outgoing mail and liaising with couriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery. they will also be responsible for handling scanning, electronic document storage, and database updates to ensure that all files are maintained accurately and up to date. Additionally, will be responsible for managing incoming calls promptly, directing them appropriately, and welcoming visitors warmly to ensure that everyone feels valued and important.

To excel in this position, the ideal Candidate must maintain efficiency across diverse tasks and demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. We are looking for someone who has basic administrative experience and a “can-do” attitude. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively. they should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable liaising with people at all levels.
