We are looking for a Receptionist to join a prestigious Global Administrative Services provider in St Peter Port, Guernsey. As the face of the company, the Successful Candidate will deliver excellent customer service and welcome clients and visitors professionally. They will also manage the front-of-house operations, prepare meeting spaces, handle incoming calls, and oversee general office administration.

The successful candidate will occasionally assist Executive Assistants with tasks like board pack preparations. A minimum education level up to an ‘A’ level or equivalent is preferred. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as organisational and time-management abilities, are required. Computer literacy is crucial, but training will be provided.
