Our client is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality & Compliance Coordinator to join their team in St Peter Port, Guernsey.
In this role, the key responsibilities will include generating management information, monitoring internal process metrics, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Successful Candidate will be expected to work closely with other members of the team to ensure excellent teamwork, personal accountability, job knowledge, customer focus, time management, and innovative thinking are consistently maintained. Therefore, hands-on experience in quality assurance practices and strong interpersonal communication skills are desired.
To be considered for this role, the Ideal Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2-3 years of experience in quality assurance or compliance. They should also have a proven track record of successfully managing projects and delivering results. In addition, should possess excellent organisational and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
