We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Manager for our Risk and Compliance team, focusing on Financial Crime Risk Management. This role involves conducting quality assurance reviews of Customer Due Diligence processes to ensure compliance with anti-financial crime regulations.
As part of the responsibilities, the successful candidate will conduct quality assurance checks on client files, ensuring all CDD and Enhanced Due Diligence requirements are correctly met. They will play an essential role in identifying gaps, providing coaching and feedback to analysts, and ensuring our processes align with regulatory expectations and internal standards.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of CDD experience in a corporate setting, including working with complex structures and high-risk clients. They must be confident in managing their own caseload, providing quality insights, and supporting a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
