We are seeking an enthusiastic Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the Accounts Department of a well known local company in Guernsey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for logging invoices and credits, matching them to goods receipt notes, and completing accurate statement reconciliations. Additional duties include sending remittance to suppliers and resolving queries with vendors and garden centres. Maintaining outstanding claims with suppliers is also a key aspect of the role.

The ideal candidate will have excellent numeracy and IT skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills, a proactive approach to learning, and a problem-solving mindset are essential. They should also be a team player who can work independently when required.
