A Global Company is seeking a Property and Health & Safety Lead/Manager to oversee its property portfolio and implement strategic improvements. This role ensures sites are well-maintained, compliant, and aligned with business needs, while promoting sustainability and operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will lead property initiatives, including office refurbishments and sustainability projects, and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality, compliance, and cost-effectiveness. A key part of this role is ensuring health and safety compliance, implementing proactive risk management measures, and supporting the execution of our long-term strategy. They will also oversee acquisitions, leases, disposals, and the property budget, ensuring value and alignment with growth and sustainability objectives.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in senior property or facilities management, ideally within a technology or telecoms environment. They should have strong knowledge of H&S regulations (IOSH/NEBOSH), property law, and building maintenance, along with leadership experience and strong financial and contract negotiation skills.
