We are seeking a Project Administrator to join a leading international firm located in St Peter Port, Guernsey. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include maintaining project plans, risk and issue logs, and file management systems, as well as coordinating project activities and supporting team communications. The successful candidate will assist in preparing reports, project documentation, and change control data while ensuring compliance with company policies, data integrity, and confidentiality standards.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of administrative experience, preferably within a project setting, and be proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and Teams. Strong time management, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work independently and within a team. Previous experience in financial services or a regulatory environment would be advantageous.
