We’re currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a local firm in a support role, helping to ensure the smooth operation of several key administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will assist new users, providing guidance and troubleshooting as needed to ensure a smooth onboarding process. They will also be responsible for supporting clients in setting up direct debits, offering a friendly and clear point of contact for any queries they may have.

Another key aspect of the role involves helping to establish and maintain a partial ownership waiting list within the systems used. The individual will also play an important part in tidying and maintaining accurate data across the internal systems, so attention to detail and a methodical approach are essential.
