A leading Telecommunications Provider are currently seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a mobile services division on a 6-month contract. This exciting opportunity is perfect for a dynamic and visionary individual who possesses a wealth of experience in mobile services.

In this role, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for developing effective strategies for Consumer & Business Mobile Plans, Roaming Services, and maximising the digital potential of products. They will be tasked with enhancing both user journey and support efficiency, ensuring that the products are aligned with the strategic objectives. The Candidate will also be responsible for managing the lifecycle stages of products from inception through to execution.

To be successful in this role, the Ideal Candidate will need to possess a robust understanding of the IT and telecommunications landscapes. They should also have experience in crafting detailed financial forecasts and developing annual operating plans. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, as the candidate will be presenting to executive-level stakeholders. Additionally, they should have excellent CRM skills to maintain and enrich existing partnerships whilst scouting prospects effectively.
