Private Equity Administrator

A leading local firm is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Private Equity Administrator to join their growing team in Jersey. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to work with a diverse portfolio of private equity, property, and infrastructure funds.

In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts and annual financial statements in accordance with precise standards. They’ll manage client deliverables, perform complex fee calculations, assist with year-end audits, and ensure compliance with documentation and procedures. The position involves responding to client queries, supporting projects, attending meetings, and helping with proposals and onboarding.

We are looking for a professionally qualified individual with a strong understanding of fund accounting, excellent time management skills, and the ability to prioritise effectively under pressure. A solid working knowledge of private equity structures and Jersey regulatory requirements is preferred, along with strong Excel skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
