Private Client Services Manager

Our client, a leading financial services provider, is seeking a highly motivated and strategic thinker to join their team as a Private Client Services Manager in St Peter Port, Guernsey. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-tier private client services. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering clients’ portfolios, forging relationships with teammates, intermediaries, clients, and advisors, and identifying training needs among staff members. Additionally, they will oversee billing processes and regularly review financial performance against targets.

To qualify for this leadership role, the Ideal Candidate must have at least 10 years’ fiduciary exposure and proven people management abilities. They should also have prior managerial experience that demonstrates effective team coordination and advanced knowledge of statutory requirements. Candidates for this position must be ICSA or STEP certified, or possess equivalent qualifications. Knowledge of Microgen’s ‘5Series’ software system would be beneficial though not mandatory.
