We are searching for a highly skilled Personal Insurance Broker to join a leading Insurance Firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey.

As a dedicated Personal Insurance Broker, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for providing top-tier advice and support to clients using various communication channels. They will also manage incoming calls from both clients and suppliers, ensure the efficient processing of renewals and adjustments, and offer quotations as required.

To excel in this role, the Ideal Candidate should possess excellent customer service skills and be able to deliver professional client interactions consistently, whether face-to-face or via digital communications. The Candidate should have the ability to apply their strong analytical skills to the role, which will be necessary for problem-solving. Good communication and interpersonal skills will also be essential as the candidate will be expected to have effective verbal and written communication techniques to liaise between customers, team members, managers, or external contacts, keeping information transparent across all levels.
