Job Description

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Personal Banker to join a leading international bank.


Customers will be at the very heart of this role, so the successful candidate will be committed to providing outstanding service in every interaction. They’ll work with high levels of accuracy as they provide each customer with a seamless and positive experience.

Day-to-day tasks :

• Having great conversations, understanding the needs of customers and helping them with their banking needs
• Completing general banking requests such as payments, balance inquiries and transfers when needed
• Helping customers to understand the different ways they can bank and the range of services we can offer
• Identifying opportunities to help customers fulfill their financial service needs, providing a seamless customer experience
• Booking financial health checks
