We are looking for a proactive and people-focused People Officer to join the team in Guernsey. This vital role supports the business by managing employee relations and conflict resolution, overseeing daily HR operations, and driving engagement initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.

 

The successful candidate will act as a trusted point of contact for managers and employees, offering advice on HR matters, ensuring fair and timely resolution of issues, and helping implement policies and procedures across the organisation. The role will also involve developing engagement programmes, organising events, and supporting performance management and training initiatives.

To succeed, the ideal candidate will need a CIPD Level 3 qualification and experience in HR, particularly in employee relations. They should have strong communication skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism.
