We are excited to announce a new job opening for a Peoples Officer at our client’s leading commercial organisation in Guernsey. Our client is seeking an experienced individual who is passionate about cultivating a positive workplace culture and possesses expertise in employee relations. As a People Officer, the Successful Candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive work environment. They will be responsible for managing sensitive issues related to employee relations and conflict resolution, ensuring that all HR operations run smoothly, and driving engagement initiatives that foster a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

The ideal candidate for this role should possess a CIPD Level 3 Qualification or equivalent experience, along with a proven track record of managing sensitive issues and exceptional communication skills. Additionally, they should be confident in their ability to lead and manage a team, as well as have a passion for cultivating a positive work environment.
