We are seeking a People & Culture Administrator to join a leading IT Solutions provider in the Channel Islands. This is a permanent position that offers a fulfilling career path within a transformative company environment.
As the People & Culture Administrator, the Successful Candidate will assist HR with various people-related tasks, support payroll processing, and manage employee benefits. They will coordinate Learning & Development activities and ensure data compliance per legislation standards. Additionally, will manage diaries and email correspondence, organize meetings, and produce written communications.
To excel in this role, the Ideal Candidate must possess strong organisational and communication skills, maintain a professional demeanour, and be team-oriented and flexible. They must also be tech-savvy, show initiative, and operate under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Relevant administration experience and CIPD Level 3 certificates are desirable.
