People Advisor

An International Company is seeking a proactive and people-focused People Advisor to join the dynamic People team, based in either Guernsey or Jersey. This is a pivotal role in supporting the full employee lifecycle and helping deliver our People strategy.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Chief People Officer and People Business Partners to provide expert HR advice, drive employee engagement, and support the development of a high-performing, values-led culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HR professional looking to make a real impact across the organisation.

With exposure to a broad range of People initiatives, the ideal candidate will support everything from onboarding to employee relations, while contributing to policy development, recruitment campaigns, and learning and development programmes. Occasional travel between the islands will be required. The individual should have a CIPD Level 3 qualification (or equivalent), solid experience across the HR lifecycle, and excellent interpersonal skills.
