We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pension Administrator to assist with all aspects of the client’s pension administration business, covering both personal and occupational retirement schemes and funds.

 

The role involves a wide range of responsibilities, including the establishment and transfer of pension schemes, client take-on procedures, liaising with pension providers and financial advisers, asset re-registrations, processing investment instructions, and supporting the appointment of third-party providers. The successful candidate will also be involved in invoicing, benefit calculations, record maintenance, and preparing annual member statements.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience in an administrative role within the financial services sector. Strong attention to detail, good numeracy skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a small team are essential.
