We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Passenger Services Agent to join a professional team. Under the supervision of the Duty Managers and Front of House Supervisors, the successful candidate will play a key role in providing outstanding service to customers throughout their experience.
In this role, they will handle passenger check-in, assist with boarding, and provide customer service. The candidate will use systems like Departure Control Systems (DCS), radios, and payment terminals, while ensuring professional presentation. Collaborating with various departments and authorities, they will manage baggage processing, assist passengers, and address disruptions. Flexibility and attention to detail are crucial to help maintain Precision Time Schedule (PTS) and support On Time Performance (OTP) goals.
What we are looking for: The ideal person needs to be organised, calm under pressure, and confident in handling customer inquiries and challenges. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must. A flexible approach to working hours, proficiency in IT skills, and previous customer service experience are highly desirable.
