We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time CDD Administrator to join a leading real-estate company in Guernsey.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
• Keeping spreadsheets for OM CDD up to date
• Requesting and processing ID Pal links and Due diligence requests from clients
• Liaising with clients to obtain company compliance documents
• Scanning and saving all CDD documentation to S Drive and saving onto RPS
• Ensuring they have all necessary documentation for both Open and Local market sales
