We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join a market-leading global legal firm in Jersey. As a member of this dynamic team, the successful candidate will work alongside leading practitioners and contribute significantly to high-profile transactions.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting lawyers with delivering top-tier legal services, reviewing deal documentation, implementing billing systems efficiently, and conducting thorough conflict checks before new business engagements. They will play a critical role in ensuring that all transactions run smoothly and that the clients receive the best possible service.
To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate must have a Law Degree or at least three years of experience providing paralegal support. Additionally, they must have excellent teamwork and prioritization skills, as well as clear communication both verbally and in writing. As an independent worker with exceptional time management skills, the candidate will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. They will be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize your workload to ensure that all deadlines are met.
