We’re looking for a proactive and adaptable Operations Support Specialist to join the team in a dynamic and varied role. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys getting stuck into a wide range of operational projects, from reporting and data analysis to supporting system integration initiatives.
The successful candidate should excel in a hands-on role and prefer to focus on individual contributions rather than team management. While a background in trust administration would be beneficial and provide valuable context for the position, it is not a strict requirement.
The individual will report directly to the Chief Risk Officer (based in Guernsey) and the Operations Director (based in Jersey), working closely with senior leadership while contributing to meaningful change and improvement across the business.
