We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of the firm’s operations across the Channel Islands. This senior role carries responsibility for ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the offices while delivering a first-class client and employee experience.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for front-of-house services, facilities management, procurement, supplier relationships, health and safety, space planning, and business continuity. They will lead facilities teams, coordinate with landlords and contractors, ensure compliance with agreements and safety standards, manage the facilities budget, support future office planning, and oversee operational projects.

This role requires strong organisational and people management skills, as well as an understanding of building safety and operational compliance. The ideal candidate should have a Level 3 IWFM qualification (or equivalent) and an IOSH certificate.
