As an integral part of this role:
– Leadership & Culture: You will be responsible for embedding the core values and principles into every facet of retail operations while fostering employee development.
– Risk Management: Proactive management across various areas such as technical safety, Health & Safety regulations and financial risk mitigation including stock loss prevention is vital.
– People Development: Guide your team through performance reviews towards achieving business objectives; build trust among Store Managers ensuring mutual respect flourishes throughout teams.
– Operational Excellence: Your remit includes delivering sales goals set by Head of Retail Operations.
