Operations Manager

We’re seeking an Operations Manager to join a prestigious Financial Firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey. The Successful Candidate will join a professional team and be responsible for driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and leading a dedicated team to success. They will work closely with the Head of Operations, collaborate on IT solutions, and manage internal issues alongside overseeing a Secure Virtual outsourced provider.

In addition to the day-to-day responsibilities, the Candidate also lead initiatives designed to enhance efficiency across all operational processes, including Business Analysis tasks when necessary. They’ll need a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, coupled with a strong project delivery focus.

To be successful in this role, the Ideal Candidate should have at least 3 years of proven managerial experience, preferably within the finance sector. Should have strong business correspondence mastery, and be able to craft compelling business documents that drive clear communication internally and externally. The Candidate should also possess exceptional verbal/written communication abilities vital for successful Project Management endeavours.
