A leading property support company is currently seeking an Operations Coordinator to join their team in St Martins, Guernsey.
In this role, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for overseeing internal management software systems, capturing meeting minutes, preparing agendas, assisting with invoice processing and financial documentation handling, coordinating client quotations, managing stock levels, and providing direct support to Directors.
The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience in administrative roles within service sectors. In addition, exceptional IT literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, and stellar verbal and written communication skills are essential for liaising between teams and addressing client concerns. As a strong organisational dynamo, they will be able to manage complex projects under pressure, ensuring that everything stays on track.
