A fintech Company is seeking an Operations Control Associate to join their team in Guernsey. In this role, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for daily trade reconciliation, analysis, and investigation, transaction controls, and facilitating communication with both internal and external stakeholders. They will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results.
To succeed in this role, the Ideal Candidate will need analytical prowess, communication mastery, and cash settlement savvy. They should also have product proficiency in OTC derivatives, Corporate Actions processing, and ETDs knowledge. Our Client is looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and a problem solver. Being organised and comfortable working both remotely and with different team members will give the advantage in this role.
