Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for an Operations Assistant to join an innovative fund services business.


Key duties will include:

  •  Installation and maintenance of hardware and software
  • Troubleshoot operational problems that may become systematic issues for delivery
  • Support with implementation of development of systems supporting infrastructure for client delivery
  • Work with Operations Team, Operations Manager, Head of Operations and jurisdictional colleagues to implement optimal IT solutions across the business
  • Support and undertake day-to-day management and resolution of IT issues arising internally and keep Operations Manager appraised
