We are looking for a proactive and motivated Operations Assistant to join a small but dedicated and professional team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to make a meaningful contribution to the smooth day-to-day running of the business, supporting both the Operations Managers and Executive team.

The role is varied and dynamic, with the chance to assist across a range of administrative and operational tasks that are vital to the company’s success. Key responsibilities include general administrative duties such as data entry, document handling and providing onboarding support. The successful candidate will also support the operations team with system user setups, management reporting, and various project-based tasks.

The Ideal candidate should have A-level education or equivalent, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude. The education required includes a degree in Marketing and Social Media or CIM qualification, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, and essential skills in copywriting and digital marketing. Must manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
