Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Operations and Trade Support to join a market-leading financial services provider.


Candidates will have work experience in Financial Services, custody and settlements experience and Regulatory knowledge.


Responsibilities in this role include:

  • Perform ad-hoc operational tasks that are required on a day-to-day basis
  • Trade support – pre and post trade
  • Provide client support on all products
  • Settlements
  • Forex Payments
  • Timely and accurate handling of client requests. Find and address key areas from which issues arise. Ensure the interests of clients are always prioritized
  • Knowledge and processing of corporate actions
