A prestigious financial institution located in St Peter Port, Guernsey is seeking to hire an Operations Administrator. In this role, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for several key tasks. They will be required to check account closures for accuracy and input new client onboardings with attention to detail. Additionally, will be expected to address client online queries promptly while maintaining high service standards and replying comprehensively and professionally to all internal queries.

To be considered for this position, the Ideal Candidate must possess exceptional organisational skills, customer care expertise, and be quick and precise in task execution. They should have the ability to identify and implement procedural changes towards greater effectiveness. Moreover, should have proven IT user skills and familiarity with specialised software platforms.
