Our client, a well-established and highly-regarded fund management company located in St Peter Port, Guernsey, is seeking a junior Operation Administrator to join their team.
As an Operation Administrator, the successful candidate will assist in the maintaining daily pricing, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and instructing foreign exchanges. In addition, the candidate will also be responsible for assisting with Fund Valuations, ensuring that they are completed accurately and on time. Collaboration with team members is essential to ensure trades are settled without delay, and that client satisfaction is maintained.
The ideal candidate should have a strong numerical aptitude, advanced computer literacy (especially in Excel). Additionally, the candidate should be a self-starter who is able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Having 1-2 years experience in an administration role, preferably with a good understanding of funds, will benefit the candidate to thrive in this role.
