We are seeking a Onboarding Support Manager to lead our Onboarding Support Team. This team supports client engagement, ensures efficient use of onboarding systems, and maintains data integrity across the business.

 

The successful candidate will be the go-to point for resolving system issues, maintaining up-to-date procedures and training materials, and supporting the implementation of system updates and global changes.
They will also manage relationships with key internal stakeholders and outsourcing partners to ensure smooth operations and compliance with quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing client risk, a strong ability to troubleshoot and prioritise tasks, and the confidence to lead a team while working collaboratively across departments. Experience with quality management, onboarding systems, and reporting is desirable.

 

This role offers the chance to influence operational excellence and support firm-wide decision-making through accurate, timely reporting.
