Onboarding Manager

We’re seeking an Onboarding Manager to lead client onboarding, ensuring a seamless, compliant process that fosters long-term client relationships. This role will be for a leading digital marketing and operations firm in the Channel Islands.

As an Onboarding Manager, the successful candidate will oversee the entire onboarding experience, ensuring compliance and a smooth client integration process. They will be responsible for conducting in-depth KYB/AML checks and risk assessments to uphold regulatory standards. Additionally, will continuously refine onboarding processes to enhance operational efficiency and excellence. Collaboration is key in this role, as candidates will liaise with top-tier financial institutions and legal experts to ensure compliance practices remain up to date.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in financial services or fintech, with a strong focus on client integration and compliance. Expertise in AML regulations is essential, and an interest or experience in cryptocurrency will be highly valued. We are looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, whether in fast-paced start-ups or established financial institutions.
