A Global bank is looking for a dedicated and proactive Officer to provide business support and drive the implementation of key strategic platform initiatives and projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to impactful change and operational improvement within a dynamic and evolving environment.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all issues raised by the business are investigated and resolved promptly. They will act as a vital link between the Business Applications Management team and business units, translating business needs into actionable specifications. The duties will also include developing and executing test plans for system changes and upgrades, delivering training to users, and ensuring appropriate risk controls are in place.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in maximising operational efficiency and maintaining clear and consistent internal communications across departments. To succeed in this role, they should have excellent IT skills and a minimum of five years of experience in business or technical analysis and/or change management.
