We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Manager to fill a critical role in the trust sector. This position is based in St Peter Port and offers a fantastic work-life balance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of IT infrastructure management and premises management.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the office’s IT infrastructure, ensuring that it is up-to-date and running smoothly. You will also be responsible for managing the premises, ensuring that they are well-maintained and meeting the needs of the company. Additionally, you will be responsible for future planning, ensuring that the office is equipped to meet the needs of the company as it grows.
The successful candidate will streamline directorial focus and handle company insurance. In this role, you will be a key member of the team, working closely with other departments to ensure that the company runs smoothly and efficiently.
