We have an exciting new opportunity for an Office Administrator – Private Wealth to join a private wealth, fund and corporate administration services in Jersey.



This role will suit an individual looking to be part of a high performing Client Services team with a range of different office administration responsibilities to support and enable the Client Services team, and Private Wealth more widely, deliver excellent client service.


  • Responsible for assisting Private Wealth on all aspects of general office administration.
  • To assist with the delivery of internal projects as required.
  • To collaborate with the technology team in connection with the roll-out of AI processes.
  • To contribute to the effective delivery of the Records Management process.
