Job Description

We have a great opportunity available for an Office Administrator ( Part-Time ) to join a stock exchange business.


Duties and responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring the company’s email info box and distributing emails as required.
  • Reception duties including answering the office switchboard and greeting visitors on arrival to the office.
  • Working in conjunction with the Executive PA & Marketing Coordinator to arrange and book travel for staff.
  • Arranging of training sessions for staff.
  • Assisting in the preparation of induction plans and packs.
  • Setting up new joiners, processing leavers and staff changes through our third-party IT provider.
  • Organising internal and external social and CSR events throughout the year.
