We are looking for a Administrator to join an esteemed Financial Services Provider in Guernsey. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks related to personal pension plans, responding to member queries, updating internal systems, and ensuring all documentation is prepared and processed accurately. They will liaise with intermediaries, investment houses, and internal teams to manage monetary movements, investment transactions, and benefit distributions.
We are seeking a diligent and organised individual with at least two years of experience in financial services, ideally with knowledge of trust, company, or pensions administration. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. A minimum of five GCSEs (grade C or above) in English and Maths is required, and a willingness to pursue professional qualifications such as STEP or ICSA/CGI is desirable.
