We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to fill the role of New Business & Risk Review Officer on a fixed-term contract. This role is crucial in safeguarding the organisation by identifying and managing potential risks associated with client maintenance while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting risk reviews on low, medium, and high-risk clients, ensuring that all documentation meets internal and regulatory standards. They will also assist with FATCA & CRS compliance, trigger event reviews, and retrospective CDD exercises. Additionally, the candidate will support the business with Approved Introducer and Obliged Person risk reviews, providing feedback and identifying training needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and an inquisitive mindset. They should have experience in KYC/CDD processes, risk review procedures, and regulatory compliance within a financial institution. A thorough understanding of FATCA, CRS, and client structures is essential.
